De-clutering
De-cluttering. It’s always quite hard when you go through the items in the house… some items bring so much of memory, especially old memories resurfaces, part of the memories that you pieced together. I guess it’s a reminder how times past us so fast, whether it’s good or bad times.
I think the most importantly is to have these memories in mind and hopefully it will help me in my life perspective in the future. Better don’t think too much… and start packing! I don’t have much time left before leaving Kuala Lumpur
Music mood for this morning… Heart beat by Leehom, Wang
You’ve reached the end of 2009!
I’ve been completely unable to pull together a post. It’s lead me to seriously consider dropping the blog…
Perhaps I should just close this blog and concentrate on Flickrs only… since both need $ to maintain!
But I guess now that I’ve slowed down on my day to day journey, perhaps post will emerge soon! So, watch out for this space again! I’ll be right back
Q: How many pairs of shoes does an average woman own?
I’ve been thinking whether to post this in my blog. What are the implication after this posting? Will the debate starts again?
But…. I can’t help it! I love them all and who cares about the debate anyway?
How many do you owned?

KDrama : Boys Before Flowers
The sun is NOT shining here in Kuala Lumpur and everybody I know said, well… it’s ‘Cheng Beng’ therefore, it rains everywhere. And perhaps it’s not really a bad thing to me…in fact seems to be a good opportunity to cuddle up on the couch and watch KDrama… that makes most of my weekend!
But in reality, I can’t believe we’re in April 2009! Somehow I feel I’m in the new beginning around the corner (perhaps is a little too late to say that in April, should have felt that in January) and I’m feeling a bit lost without my BBF to comfort me. Yeah… people might be asking now, what is BBF? Check it out here. (yup: you’re right, it’s another KDrama. It is really popular in Korea even before the show started!)
I guess that’s what happen when the producer trying to produce drama based on Japanese manga, it gets a lot of attention especially from people like me (I love Manga) . The plots in the drama actually end up with many ’surprises’ which gives the edge to the drama. As you may know, manga is a source of fantasy to many people and seeing it becomes alive as a drama is almost convincing! And it’s hard not to think about it… I was a little surprise with myselft too, following a drama week by week and enjoying it, obviously it was hard because I keep checking website waiting for the English Sub
Well, BBF runs for 3 months since January this year and just wrapped up recently on the 31st March09 – I was happy with the ending and loving the all the characters in the drama. And I think Lee Min-ho is superb playing Gu Jun Pyo. Without this character, I don’t think this drama is going to make it. I will miss that mon-tues slot (oh ya, it’s wed-thurs for Malaysian here), though I am glad to send the drama off to be archive in DVD.
I guess I don’t need to write more about Boys Before Flowers – if you google BBF, you’ll see plenty of fan services in either Youtube, Google Video, YEOH, ClubBox Kr and etc… and plenty of blog postings about BBF too…

Last day at work (ops!)
Hahaha… No I’m not resigning! It’s the last working day for 2008…
Look at the office….peaceful and quiet!

Happy New Year 2009
What’s cookin’?
What a week for me! I got back from a short trip to Kota Kinabalu on Sunday, and since then I’ve been very busy…. having meetings non-stop, chasing deadlines, and my car was knocked by my neighbour and of course, a historical moment (US 44th Presidential election) and now that the election is over, we can finally turn our attentions to more important matters!
Such as economy crisis, financial market, year-end holidays, Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, wedding and so on…
I just love ranting! Hahaha…
So, what’s cookin on your side?
Barack Obama: 44th US President
Finally, Barack Obama is the 44th US President, and the first African-American to reach the White House! I am quite excited with the news, especially when everyone is aching for a change. It also reminded me about our political situation in Malaysia after the 8 March elections. It may not be the same but it is still a huge changes for such a small country like us.
America electing a black man for President shown us that they has choosen a wise and intelligent person. The American has shown everyone in the world that they are ready for changes and hopefully the changes could bring the benefits to the rest of the world, especially with the current financial and economic crisis around the world. I do hope that Obama is capable in handling both internal and international problems. Well, at least he has a good 5 years to prove himself!
Recently, I have been following Patrick Moberg’s blog, and I found his illustration especially on the US Presidential election very hillarious. I wanted to share with you all.

Gathering
It was a nice week off and I’m glad that I’m here in KK. On Wednesday, Yummy Mummy and I had some girly time together. We went to Asia City for breakfast at Fook Yuen, later to 1Borneo to confirm my make-up appointment with M.A.C for my big day next year. Yup, I had to do all these arrangement while I’m here – there are not many things to arrange now except the documentations.
Later Yummy Mummy and I did some shopping at TuneStore and had our chinese noodles lunch at the newly opened Seafood Restaurant. Btw, the name of the restaurant is ‘Jaws’ – which I found quite funny. Maybe they are famous for ’shark fin’ – well, that I’m not so sure!
Last night was nice too – we meet up with Zeeb, Julia and Yummy Mummy for some girls night out! We did some ‘cuci mata’ too – well, all our men are not around and they are in KL. (punya lar jauh) So, our gathering was really fun! It’s been a while since I last saw them, so the reunion was good, especially we had our choc cakes, ice creams, mocha and smoothies! They are planning for a costume-party for the New Year celebration, but unfortunately I won’t be able to make it! (sob sob)
Well, I have another two days to go before leaving KK, so better make use of the time here with the sun, beach, sunset and food!
