Rocking!!!
I’m rocking inside my car with the new amplifier system! Woohooo…… thanks to the technician (working on 1st May) to get this done for me! ![]()
I’ve been using the ‘original’ amplifier since I bought the car 5 years ago, and recently the amplifier broken
(sadly) so it’s time to change them. Now I love my new toy!

Twitter phenomenon!!
Recently I signed up Twitter, such an amazing tool for networking.
So I decided to check who is the person behind Twitter’s explosive growth!
It’s Evan Williams….
Amyrantz get new look for 2009!
Do not be surprise!
Yes, you have logged onto the correct website – Amyrantz! I thought it would be nice to be slightly different from last year…(okay, not slightly different, huge changes from last year). The site is now undergone a facelift in the celebration of the 2009.
- I’ve added a calendar – where you can view my archives, instead of the listing by month…
- I’ve scrapped off the gallery because I’m lazy to add, tag, adding categories and etc…therefore I’ve upgraded my Flickr account (http://www.flickr.com/photos/amy_rantz) and now it’s unlimited uploads of my photos.
- I’ve also added some privacy setting for my photos which I’ve posted here and in my Flickr account, if you like my photos and would like to use them, please contact me.
- I’ve also added a ’search’ function – a nice gesture from me
- And lastly, the changes of the colour from Black/Grey to White…
And I will try to post more items in the future. Thank you for reading my blog, it actually helps and motivate me to write more…
Entries lost!
Both my postings on Lucien (2) and Mamma Mia gone MIA after some server’s problem! Luckily, Ade managed to restore my entries from Google cache, but all the photos are missing!
So, I’m going to repost both my entries again, during the weekend.
Website hacked!
If you’re viewing this blog two days ago, you’ll find some big green wallpaper on top of this blog. My blog was hacked! The hacker also managed to change my username and password. Luckily, the hacker was quite amateurish (I think!!), he/she was not able to touch any files and my other database and only managed to hack the wordpress side of my blog! I guess, it’s due to the older version of wordpress that I had previously, now that I’ve upgraded my wordpress, I hope it’s more secured and safe from hacker!
I love Mozilla
Not sure how many of you use Mozilla Firefox but if you have not use it before, try download the application and start changing your IE to Mozilla. (Well, I can’t do so in the office workstation, since IE is the only source) … anyway, I’m quite disappointed with IE.
My previous posting on “David Cook” , there seems to be a problem with image when I view it in IE but when I view the posting from Mozilla – it’s actually okay. The layout of my posting “30 things to do before I reach 31″ have also given me some problems. The numbered listing should listed in the centre of the page but but some when you view the page in IE, it doesn’t work. Somehow it’s just got messed up with the codes
Amyrantz.Com is on the way!
One of my New Year’s wish is to have my own domain and website… tadahhhhh…. presenting www.amyrantz.com
I’ve just purchase the domain name of amyrantz.com – and it would be activated in the next few days. I need to make sure that all the posting from wordpress are transferred to amyrantz.com and also to do some customisation from the wordpress template, blah blah blah….
So, guys! watch out for this space soon… and will let your know once I’ve done with my website.
staying lazy and loving music… LastFm
I’ve been lazy…need to get my ass moving!!!! :@
Anyway, just want to share with you something nice if you’re a music lover…NO, I’m not talking about ipod or apple! (one of Dr House’s patient pronounce Ipod as ‘E Put’…hahaha…)
You might have seen/heard about LastFm…it’s one of the world’s largest social music platform. It’s an internet based radio and music community website, I’m one of the 20 million active users. What makes it interesting about this platform is; it actually allowed users such as me and you to recommend music, define profile musical taste by either streamed the radio stations or via your ‘E put’ (:P) or any other media softwares such as Winamp or Windows Media Player. It has a unique system ’Audioscrobbler’, used with plugin from user’s music player (external or internal) – and your music will be scrobble to your webpage including ’Facebook’
A normal users’ like me – whom seldom buy music CDs, this application is really good especially when I need to concentrate on my work and the background music does help alot!!! However, I wont be able to download tracks – well, it’s not that I’m a big fan anyway… so, if you’re interested, check out my music site: http://www.last.fm/user/Amyrantz
